Maureen Prendiville - Director

Maureen is President and CEO of Prendiville Industries, a well integrated, resource-based company that manufactures a wide range of wood products for the building, mining and construction industries.  The company has been operating for over 50 years with divisions in Manitoba and Ontario.

While taking her Arts and Business Administration at the University of Manitoba, Maureen joined Prendiville Industries in 1973.  Since that time she has been a Director in many businesses and community organizations including:

  • Manitoba Forest Products (Manfor),
  • Sanford Evans Communications,
  • Miller Environmental Corporation,
  • Manitoba Business Council,

Maureen participated as a member of the International Trade Advisory Committee during the Canada-US Free Trade Agreement negotiations.

Maureen and her husband Paul Jensen live in Winnipeg with their sons.
