News Release: New Fully Serviced Industrial Park Ready For Investment in CentrePort

Shovel-ready, fully serviced land is soon to be available at Brookside Industrial Park (“the Park”), located at CentrePort Canada (“CentrePort”).

Water and wastewater servicing will be in place by summer 2018 in the 100-acre development being brought to market by Crystal Developers Ltd. (“Crystal Developers”) and brokered by Cushman and Wakefield Winnipeg. The Park is located in CentrePort North in the Rural Municipality of Rosser, with frontage onto CentrePort Canada Way (see attached map). It is just west of Route 90.

The land within this park is zoned I2 for general industrial uses including manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics and transportation-related businesses. Companies that locate within the Park can take advantage of the Special Planning Area which streamlines the land-development approval process, allowing businesses to have cost and planning certainty, transparency and speed to market.
